Our current canning line has a 250 can / minute filler and we’ve completed designs for a second line with a 750 can / minute Krones filler​

• Proforma investment for the second line is ~$14MM including equipment, installation and build out​

• Effective max output of both lines would generate ~ $250MM in sales of owned brands to wholesalers​

• We have had multiple discussions with our landlord and he would like us to lease the space that is adjacent to our current line, which would enable us to run combined production crews and utilize our current brewing operations​

• Additionally, there will be an additional 120k sq ft of warehousing space available on our production campus in the next 12 months​
